A new paradigm for the practice.

Our thesis

The questions that matter most now arrive before the frameworks that would answer them. Paradigm exists to govern that gap: advisory and consulting for organizations operating in AI, autonomous systems, and the digital economy, where the guidance is still being written.

We were founded for that purpose. Our work pairs senior judgment with disciplined methods, in service of one aim: not to serve the conventional, but to govern the unprecedented.

That mission is underway. We are designing a new system for dispute resolution, building digital innovation hubs, and advising clients worldwide as part of the same endeavor.

Leadership

Paradigm is led by a small team that has built and advised organizations through periods of rapid technological change.

Charles L. Slamowitz

Co-partner

Charles co-leads Paradigm's advisory work around modern tools and senior judgment. He advises founders, investors, and established organizations on AI governance, frontier technology, and the commercial matters that sit underneath them, from first agreements through questions with no settled answer.

Practitioner note

Charles Slamowitz is faculty with the National Business Institute and has taught continuing legal education, including Cybersecurity and Data Privacy 2024 Update. He has also authored CLE course materials on social media influencer agreements and giveaways, AI in litigation and predicting outcomes, and employee privacy and e-monitoring in the remote workplace.

Fahad A. Juneja

Co-partner

Fahad leads client engagements across the firm's frontier technology and governance work. He focuses on translating fast-moving technical realities into frameworks that organizations can actually operate, and on building the systems that let a small team deliver at scale.

Technology

Caroline supports the firm's technology work, formerly at BlackRock.

Pranjal Kumar joined our summer team and now works at Goldman Sachs. Other members of the team have studied at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Paradigm Congratulates Former Legal Innovation Fellow Pranjal Kumar

Paradigm congratulates Pranjal Kumar, who served as a Legal Innovation Fellow with the firm and co-authored its Estonia courts paper with Fahad A. Juneja and Charles L. Slamowitz. In a July 23 public post, Pranjal announced he would join Goldman Sachs full-time as a Legal Analyst on the Equities team in August. We wish him well in his next chapter.
