Privacy Policy

1. Information we receive

Insights subscription. The Site's newsletter form asks for an email address and optionally a name. When you submit the form, those fields are sent to a subscriber database operated using Supabase. If you submit an address already recorded, the Site may show a success message without creating a duplicate record. A signup does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. The Site's statement that briefings will come from cs@paradigm.legal describes its intended sender, not a guarantee of immediate delivery.

Email inquiries. The Site's contact links open your email application to contact admin@paradigm.legal. We receive the address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send, through email service providers involved in transmission and mailbox operation. The Site does not currently present a separate contact form or document-upload feature.

Technical data. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting, database, network and security services may process IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, referring URL, timestamps and related technical logs to deliver and protect the Site. The Site uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information when fonts load. Other technology and providers may change as the Site is developed. We do not describe this Site as cookie-free or make a categorical claim about the absence of analytics: the technical configuration may change, and this Policy will be updated if material tracking practices are implemented.

2. How information is used

We use subscription information to administer the Insights list, honor opt-outs, and communicate about requested updates if mailing is enabled. We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether a matter can be accepted, arrange a conversation, and conduct a conflicts check where applicable. Technical data supports delivery, troubleshooting and security. We may also retain and use relevant information to comply with applicable law and professional obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We do not treat an Insights signup as an agreement to receive unrelated marketing.

3. Providers and other disclosures

The Site is deployed through Lovable, and its subscription form writes to a Supabase subscriber database. Hosting, database, network, email and security providers may process information on our behalf as needed to operate the Site and communications. Google Fonts may receive technical requests from your browser. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, to address misuse or security incidents, to protect legal rights, or at your direction. A transfer of operations or assets may involve information, subject to applicable law and professional obligations. We do not describe service-provider processing as "no sharing." We do not use this Policy to assert an unverified absence of sales of personal information or advertising-related disclosures. If processing requiring specific notices or choices takes place, we will provide them as applicable law requires.

4. Cookies and similar technology

The Site or services used to deliver it may use cookies or comparable technologies for essential delivery, security or functionality. Browser and device settings can limit some technologies, although that may affect operation. This Policy does not claim that no cookies, analytics or other tracking exist. If optional analytics or advertising technology is enabled, we will describe the categories and available choices and honor applicable consent or opt-out requirements. Where required by law, we will honor applicable browser-based opt-out signals. The treatment of a specific signal depends on the processing to which it applies.

5. Initial inquiries and professional confidentiality

Please do not send privileged, confidential, urgent or highly sensitive information in an unsolicited initial email. Contacting us, subscribing or booking a conversation does not itself establish an attorney-client relationship. Applicable law may protect some communications with a prospective client, but that depends on the facts; do not assume that every unsolicited submission is privileged or that it obligates us to act. We may review information to evaluate conflicts and whether to accept a matter. When there is a professional engagement, applicable law, professional duties and the engagement terms may add protections. Existing clients should use the communication method given for their matter, not an initial-inquiry address. We do not accept service of process or time-sensitive legal notices through a general Site contact address without an express agreement.

6. Security and retention

Information may be handled through multiple website and email systems, and the safeguards vary by system. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Please avoid sending sensitive documents to a public contact address without first arranging a suitable channel. We keep information for the time reasonably needed to administer subscriptions, respond to inquiries, maintain security, meet applicable legal or professional record duties, and address disputes. These reasons may require different periods for subscriber records, email, logs and professional files. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified as appropriate, subject to backup, legal and technical constraints. We do not represent a particular encryption method, storage location, deletion deadline or fixed retention schedule without verifying the relevant system.

7. Choices and requests

You may ask to stop Insights email through an unsubscribe link if present in an email you receive, or by writing to cs@paradigm.legal. You may ask about personal information we hold, or request correction or deletion by writing to cs@paradigm.legal. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfill some requests where law, privilege, another person's rights, professional duties or record obligations require otherwise. Depending on where you live and applicable law, additional rights or an appeal process may apply. We will respond under the law that applies to the request. Inquiry-related messages may continue when appropriate after an Insights opt-out.

8. International visitors and children

The Site is accessible from outside the United States. By contacting us, you may communicate with an operator based in the United States. This statement does not claim a particular storage location or international data-transfer certification. We will provide any further jurisdiction-specific notices required if our activities make them applicable. The Site is intended for professional and adult audiences and is not designed to solicit information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us at the address below.

9. Other websites and services

Linked services, third-party scheduling destinations, published works and other external sites may collect information under their own policies. We do not control their independent practices. A third-party service receiving technical data automatically when an element loads is addressed above, not treated merely as a link you choose to open.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise this Policy when the Site or our practices change. The effective date at the top identifies this version. We will provide any additional notice or choice required by applicable law for a material change. Continued use of the Site does not replace a consent that law requires.
