1. Information, not advice

The Site presents general information, commentary, and descriptions of possible services. Its content is not legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice for your circumstances and should not be relied upon as such. Laws, regulations, and facts change. Materials may be incomplete or out of date, and publication does not mean that a position has been adopted by a government body or court. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on Site content. Seek advice from a professional who has reviewed your particular facts.

2. No professional relationship or confidentiality from Site use

Viewing the Site, subscribing to updates, booking a call, sending a form, or emailing an address listed here does not by itself create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. We do not agree to represent you unless we have confirmed that we can accept the matter, including any required conflicts review, and the parties have entered into an applicable written engagement agreement. We may decline an inquiry or be unable to respond.

Do not send confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or sensitive personal information through the Site, an unsolicited email, or an initial inquiry. Information sent before an engagement is accepted may not be privileged, may not be treated as confidential to the extent you expect, and may create a conflict affecting whether we can represent you. We will handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and applicable law and professional duties, but sending it does not obligate us to act for you. If you face a deadline, contact appropriate counsel directly rather than relying on a Site submission. If you are already a client, follow the communication and document-transfer instructions given in your engagement agreement instead of using a public form.

3. Attorney advertising, results, and jurisdiction

The Site may constitute attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Descriptions of experience, representative work, professional affiliations, credentials, or third-party recognition should not be read as promises of results. The Site is not an offer to practice law in any jurisdiction where its operator or lawyers are not authorized to do so. 4. Site communications and subscriptions

If you choose to send us an inquiry or subscribe to updates, provide accurate contact details and do not impersonate anyone. A subscription is optional and is not a professional relationship. You may unsubscribe from nonessential email updates through the link in those emails or by contacting cs@paradigm.legal. Service or inquiry responses may still be sent when appropriate. Electronic communications can be delayed, filtered, or misdirected; do not use Site communications for urgent legal matters or formal service of process. We do not accept service of process, legal notices, or court filings through the Site or general contact addresses unless we expressly agree in writing.

5. Permitted use

You may read and link to publicly available pages for lawful personal or business reference. Do not interfere with the Site or its security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; use bots or automated extraction in a manner that impairs the Site or violates applicable law; misrepresent the source of its materials; or use the Site to violate another person's rights. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including lawful quotation, fair use, or access by search engines under published technical rules. We may restrict abusive access when lawful and reasonably necessary.

6. Content and intellectual property

Unless indicated otherwise, the Site's original text, design, and other original materials are owned by Paradigm or used with permission, subject to the rights of identified authors, publishers, and other rights holders. No ownership transfers by your use of the Site. You may quote, link, or use materials as permitted by law; any other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use may require permission from the rights holder. A link to a third-party work or downloadable document does not mean Paradigm owns all rights in it. Author names and source attributions should be preserved. Names, marks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

You retain ownership of materials you submit through a Site feature. To the extent necessary to operate that feature, respond to your inquiry, maintain security, and comply with legal duties, you permit us and our service providers to process the submission. This sentence does not authorize public display, publication, or a use unrelated to the inquiry. Do not submit material you lack the right to share.

7. External services and links

The Site may link to government resources, publications, scheduling tools, video services, or other third-party sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement, control over their content, or a current assessment of their accuracy, security, or availability. Check the destination before providing information to a third party.

8. Availability and accuracy

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove Site content or features. We aim to present information carefully, but do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in this section limits duties that cannot be excluded, including duties arising under an actual professional engagement.

9. Liability relating to Site use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by interruption of the public Site, misuse of Site content as individualized advice, or content of third-party sites. This is not a waiver of legal malpractice claims, statutory rights, professional obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No limit on liability for a professional engagement is created by these Site Terms; the engagement agreement and applicable law govern.

10. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information connected with Site visits, inquiries, and subscriptions is handled. Do not assume that ordinary email or a public Site form is a secure channel for sensitive records.

11. Changes, governing law, and disputes

We may update these Terms. A revised version will show its effective date and apply prospectively to use after that date, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material changes to an existing professional engagement require the process stated in that engagement, not merely a Site posting.

Any dispute about Site use is subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a court with lawful authority. These Terms do not impose arbitration or a special venue. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of the others.
