UNCITRAL Lists Vienna Session and Damages Side Events
UNCITRAL lists the 55th session of Working Group III on investor State dispute settlement reform in Vienna from October 12 to 16, 2026. The official event listing schedules the session from 10:00 am on October 12 to 5:00 pm on October 16, Vienna time. A side event calendar marked provisional as of October 5 lists an October 12 discussion of damages and compensation, including proposed Draft Provision 20 in A/CN.9/WG.III/WP.268. It also lists an October 13 counterclaims discussion and a mediation discussion organized by the Permanent Mission of China and the International Organization for Mediation. These are scheduled discussions, not proof of adopted rules, final consensus or completed side events.
