Individual Internet-Draft Proposes Agent-Dispute Protocol
The ADRP 'draft-stone-adrp-01' is an individual Internet-Draft describing a proposed agent-dispute protocol. The IETF's own page notes anyone can submit a draft and it is not IETF-endorsed or a formal standard.
PARADIGM INSIGHTS:
A machine-readable dispute message could preserve who acted, what was contested and which record a reviewer should see. It cannot supply consent to arbitration or confer authority on a forum. Start with operator identity, provenance, an opt-in path and a human escalation route. This individual Internet-Draft is a proposal, not an IETF standard.
