The European Commission's targeted consultation on the MiCA review remains open through Sept. 30 at 23:59 CEST.
PARADIGM INSIGHTS:
The best use of a MiCA consultation is to put a failed transaction on the table: who held the asset, who can reverse an error and where a cross-border holder can seek relief. A framework that describes custody but not a remedy leaves the hardest part to the first crisis. This consultation invites those questions; it has not changed the law.
