The Clearing House Selects Quant for Planned On-Chain Network
On September 24, The Clearing House announced Quant as the technology partner for its On-Chain Money Initiative, a planned interoperable network for clearing and settling tokenized deposits. The Clearing House expects the network to become available to participating institutions in the first half of 2027; it did not announce a live network.
PARADIGM INSIGHTS:
As tokenized-deposit systems move from design toward deployment, traceable transaction decisions and clear recourse for contested transfers will matter. The announced partnership does not itself supply a dispute-resolution process or validate any particular platform.
