Technical expertise on a roster helps only after a dispute has a party, a valid agreement and evidence the decision-maker can understand. Smart-contract records should be preserved in a form the parties can challenge, and the award must have a path into the legal system for enforcement. The AAA panel supplies specialists; it does not create jurisdiction by itself.
